We are comprised of two separate companies to serve each client accordingly with their needs. Our residential company is Wernert Associates Inc., and our commercial company is Wernert Construction Management LLC. In each respected company, we hold all appropriate licenses affiliated with our work. With Wernert Associates, our licenses include: New Home Construction Contractor, Home Improvement Contractor, and Demolition Contractors Certificate. With Wernert Construction Management, our licenses include: Major Contractors and Demolition Contractors Certificate.
Throughout our history, we have held a strong financial position. Our bonding relationship is with American Contractors Indemnity Company. We have a A.M Best Company rating of “A” VI. Our banking institution is JPMorgan Chase. Wernert Associates general liability insurance is managed by Ohio Casualty Group in Fairfield, Ohio while Wernert Construction Management’s coverage is managed by Mt Hawley Insurance Group in Peoria, Pennsylvania. Both of our companies Workers Compensation coverage is through AIG.
